I’m pausing 1-on-1 coaching and returning to my creative practice full time—ideating, making, researching and asking the kinds of questions only my body and God can answer.

While it’s been a deep joy to walk alongside some of you in 1-on-1 sessions, I’ve come to recognize that this work has always been, at its core, a creative act. For those who know me, you know that art is my first language—it’s how I listen, pray, process, and make sense of the world.

Lately? I’m back in the stu—composing new soundscapes, approaching performance as sacred practice, and revisiting movement as embodied research.

As a choreographer and ethnography researcher, Here 2 Be Human has never just been a coaching practice—it’s a living archive. A space for writing, research, and inquiry into how we relate. A container for tracing the shape of connection through the body.

The years I invested in movement and relational choreography have cultivated a deep understanding of the body—for me—as both a site and source of healing. My work has led me to study the body not only as a vessel for expression, but as a compass for relational and emotional truth *cue in God*.

More than a coaching practice, this is a living methodology—an embodied philosophy shaped by years of choreographing contact improvisation and partnering dances, teaching relational fluency through movement, and traveling the world to learn from pioneers of somatic thought. It's a study in connection, in motion.

Yes. These letters will continue as they are part of my creative practice and a way of moving through language like I move through space pero I’ll be less “coach-y” and more..human? ha.
